I know you probably hear this a lot BUT I haven't been treated so poorly by members of a service provider since I had the run-around with AOL about a decade ago. I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with your 'representatives' this week to cancel DSL service since I have upgraded to Uverse services.
I have to admit it is really making me reconsider my cell phone service and my Uverse account and go with another carrier due to the lack of actual service your providing your customers that are in need of help. Sad how your company no longer values its customers loyalty and money...
