So I notice that your sales pages cater to what I assume is the lowest common denominator of customers but where oh where could I get a engineers guide to your plans? yes data transmission speed is important but how much data can I transfer? I've also noticed that COX also has a functioning website and chat and much better support... ps, is there like a codeword or something that I can use on the phone support line to get an engineer or someone who knows at least three programming languages for assistance? totally serious, i hate first line support, I'm not your average consumer and I hate being rude to people who are just there to catch the flak and solve "is it plugged in?" issues.

You never got an answer because there is no answer. I was just told there is no way to talk, call or be transferred to an engineer and they aren't able to call me back. Apparently, telephone company engineers aren't allowed to use the phone!

well duck ATT, I'm going on reddit and consumer reports after reading some of these complaints and raising a MAJOR STINK.
COX cable is more expensive but I suppose reliable service and a working infrastructure is worth it.
Thank you ATT for not replying to me in a timely manner. I was hoping to buy a plan today because I move into a new place on monday.
OH by the way, your website has MAJOR security holes.
