THIS IS A BRIEF SYNAPOSIS OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME WITH AT&T TECH SUPPORT.
"You had apparently changed the server settings on some email accounts but not others. Found out last week that some protocols were changed. Your tech person had me put it back to the original. Worked for 1 week and then it came back.
Had the same problem with someone else's system. Once the protocol was changed back to their original it worked fine. Now I just got a call from my father in-law stating that he has the same problem again.
It appears to me that you do not know what you are doing. I now will have to spend several hours again on the phone with people who really do not know what they are doing.
I am going to recommend to others not to use AT&T and to go to a competitor.
Gotta be better than dealing with stupid people".
ALSO WHEN THIS HAPPEND TO ME THE LAST TIME THEY TRIED CHARGING ME $15.00 PLUS THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME UNLESS I SIGNED UP FOR 1 YR OF SERVICE. i FOUGHT THEM THE NEXT DAY ON THIS AND THEN THEY REMOVED IT.
