Is there another way to remove the ATT Self Support Tool? I've tried the normal way of going to the "add/remove programs" & it won't uninstall....keep getting the message that IE has stopped working.

Had one computer that security declared the self support tool was digging around in that computer. ie9 shut the computer down for Internet access. Deleting the AT&T portal removed all. Now you have to go into the AT&T site and reinstall the portal or use the disc that came with your service to install it.
