Sales Reps at ATT are dishonest. All trying to make a commission? Then it takes hours and hours on hold to even talk sense to their C/s and nobody seems to to care or have the same information or knows what is going on.
Have never been so frustrated or disgusted dealing with a company and finding a way to contact to resovle issues is tough.
Their billing department is just as criminally crooked!!
Let me know 13 guppies once you find their mailing address /email address /phone number for a formal complaint. The only thing I suggest right now is to formally file a complain with the FCC, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports. And please go on chat lines to let the whole world know that it's a dishonest company. I plan to do all the above if they do not resolve my issue immediately
