I just wanted to thank Brianna (sp?) for helping me with reaching a satisfactory solution for my internet service needs. I don't bundle anything, just have home DSL (I'm very basic when it comes to tech stuff), and I asked about suspending my service while gone for a couple of months (not an option) and then asked about switching to a lower cost internet plan, and she ended up providing me with a solution where I get to retain my high speed internet service and get a satisfactory break on cost.
I'm very impressed that AT&T is willing to work with their customers in order to keep them. I did not expect that they'd be willing to "meet me in the middle" so it was a very pleasant surprise.
Thanks Brianna, I didn't get your last name, but I appreciate your professionalism and your quick solutions.
