I live in Elkgrove Village Il. I have not been able to connect to the internet for 3 days now. Can't get through on the phone, just get message (having problems with internet techs not taking calls at this time) I just want to know what the problem is and service will be back up. Family uses internet for school & work. I do not want to change service providers I like att, but I can,t get any answers. Does anyone know what's going on?

I'm having the same issue - I finally got in touch with someone on 8/7/12 and was told it would be another 4 hours and it would be resolved. Well that was yesterday and still don't have access. I asked if I would received credit for the days I was out of service and was referred to billing. I'm looking elsewhere for my internet service.

If you call customer service there is a message that says that they are experiencing "Major" problems with DSL.. I live in Arkansas and its been spotty for days as well...We even went out and bought a new router thinking the problem was on our end.
