I been with at&t for a few years.....and at first had no major issues with my internet. Sure i has the one in a while net waa down. But over this last year i have had the same issue. I have had a bunch of tecs come out and checck my line. I have bough new modems. Nothing in my room or home jas changed. Ive even replaced lines filters, cords u name it...ive probly done it. But still everyday from 12-4 my internet. Is ether down or doing 0.35 on there speed test. Ivr called countless times. And every timr go through the motion ...restart yourr comp ....check yourr set up....tell me your speed test. Our side says your getting 7-8 ...umm no. Plug the line into the wall instead of the filter......done still. 0.35 ....were sending a tec.....after 4 lones back to normal....tec comes uour line is ok well duhhh its not 12-4 when it happens..... i have boight 3 different modems. Seen to many tecs ....and well customer services only try to get me to buy more crap. If it was my line why would it happen everyday at the same time???? Soon aa i can change service. Im done with at&t

Hi Desiree,
Wow, this sounds very frustrating. I'm hoping I can help. Please send me a Private Message, (blue envelope, top right) with your account number, full name and the best number to reach you at. I'll engage a specialist that will work towards getting this resolved once and for all.
Thank you,
Julie Rae
