Signed up for new service which I don't have yet. Called 3 times and been on hold for a total of 90 minutes listening to the **bleep** elevator music and haven't talked to a live person yet. The person that took the order was so happy to help and now all I have is a automated **bleep** and elevator music. This may be a very short service contract for the home phone, internet and cell phone.
Almost 2 hours now and the cell battery is fading as I have no home phone yet. My fingers are numb from holding the phone to my ear so long. Should have bought a bluetooth earpiece. If get brain cancer from waiting so long I'm going to sue AT&T. I would even welcome a conversation with someone from Bombay at this point.
2 hours and 15 minutes and finally someone answers , I ask if she is the only working she gigles and tells me there is problem with the order and I have to call customer service tomorrow. I told her I was out of minutes now and had to wait until next month to call then click, the conversation is over in 45 seconds.
. I haven't seen service this bad before. If I had AT&T stock I would sell it because the service is going to backrupt them but then a bailout is always an option.
