Here are FAQ on the Merger. I will update as needed. If anyone has any questions, please post them below. Thank you!
I’m having trouble logging in. what do I do?
If you had an AT&T Wireless community login and an Internet Community or U-Verse community login, you will need to log in with your AT&T Wireless account name. If you had U-Verse and DSL community logins, please try logging in with both logins.
If the above doesn’t work: Some usernames may have changed slightly during the merge. If you cannot log in, visit the Forgot Password page here. Make sure you enter the email address that you used to register for the community at.
What happened to my kudos and accepted solutions?
Unfortunately, Kudos and Accepted Solutions did not transfer over during the merge of the communities. Hopefully you will build up Kudos and Accepted Solutions faster, since we have a much larger community now!
What happened to my rank?
Ranks have changed for everyone other than Community Leaders.
Where are my images?
Uploaded images did not transfer during the merge. Community
Leaders are more than welcome to upload their images immediately. Other
users may have the ability to upload images in the near future.

QUESTION:
Is there anyway that I can get my old user name back?? I have a message to this effect on another board! I noticed the change in my user name when I logged in yesterday. I had thought my name had been hacked! I am a bit sensitive as I had my identity stolen recently. I spent 40 minutes with online help yesterday, only to discover while I was on one of many holds that I was not alone! Telephone support had no idea of what was going on.

Some usernames may have changed slightly
during the merge and it looks like you were one of them. Unfortunately we cannot get your username back for you, but I would be more than happy to change it to a new username. If you would like a new username, please PM me and I will change it for you. ![]()

Hi,
I was registered with the community and my 'saved' password and ID was not found. I clicked on 'forgot password' and my email address was not found. How do I get back to my original ID that I used to register?? >>ssemtta.
I had to re-register with a new ID to gain access here.
Thanks...

Hi semtta,
You need to enter the correct email address that you signed up for "ssemtta" with. If it's not the correct address it will not be found. If you are having email issues, please PM me.
Thanks,
pamelaz

As I said, I did enter the correct ID and password for my original name 'ssemtta' it didn't work. And if I try to reset my password it says 'there is no such user in this community'
Now what?
Thanks

Hi!
I was wondering if the font size in the Internet Forum has always been set to medium (default) size or were you able to select the text size of your choice prior to the merger?
If you go into your profile you can see 4 different text sizes. Profile > Preferences > Display > Display Settings > Text Size > Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, Use default (Medium).
Prior to the merger you could select the text size of your choice in the U-verse Forum. After the merger only the medium (default) size can be displayed. I've found only in the Wireless Forum can the text size be selected/changed.
I have the text size set to large in order to read the small (medium-default) font. These old eyes aren't what they used to be and I'm having difficulty reading the font in the U-verse and Internet Forums.
I've tried using zoom (Ctrl +) on my computer but the right side of the screen, including the text, is cut off.
Thanks ahead of time for any input.
BTW, I'm running FF as a browser and see no difference when using IE.

Hello Uniblurb3,
At this time only the Wireless Community's text size is changing when changed in Preferences. This is a issue that we're working with and hope to have a solution soon!
For now, the best way to go about changing the text size is by changing it manually in your Browser or zooming in.
Hope I can provide you a definite fix soon enough! ![]()

Hi pamelaz,
Thank you for the information and at least it's nice to know they are working on a text size fix.
Increasing the text size in Firefox does not increase the text size I'm seeing in the forums. It does increase font size for my email, and some other sites, but that's about it.
Believe I mentioned previously when I zoom the screen in, with just one click of "Ctrl" & "+", it cuts the right part of the screen off including the text. I can use the bottom scroll bar to pan over to the right but when I'm reading through a thread I can't see the members/posters on the left.
Regardless, thanks again for the encouraging info and looking forward to seeing a fix soon. ![]()

Hello,
The text issue should now be fixed.
Let me know if you are still having any issues with it.
Thanks!
