for those unfamiliar with the area, most executives and businessmen who work in Manhattan reside around its outskirts. One of these outskirts is my area, Paramus, NJ.
Just. to put things into perspective, I am less than eight minutes by car to New York City.
granted that New York city currently has LTE service, when can I expect my area to be included in the LTE served in Manhattan?

I'm trying to compose myself with my reply, as I'm literally bouncing out of my chair out of the agony of this whole situation.
But to satisfy your suggestion (which is the only response I seem to get from AT&T), see this:

I am sorry you live so close to New York and still can't get LTE coverage. Let me know if you ever meet the engineer who said, "no don't bother upgrading the tower a couple blocks away; we'll just stop right here."
If it makes you feel any better I live in Memphis and the closest LTE coverage is about 400 miles away!
