Like many others here, I am a loyal, long time, and proud AT&T customer. I believe that AT&T has always been on the up and up when it comes to new technology. I guess that's why I am so shocked to find out. That there is no 4G LTE service in the entire North Bergen County area (Northern New Jersey).
for those unfamiliar with the area, most executives and businessmen who work in Manhattan reside around its outskirts. One of these outskirts is my area, Paramus, NJ.
Just. to put things into perspective, I am less than eight minutes by car to New York City.

granted that New York city currently has LTE service, when can I expect my area to be included in the LTE served in Manhattan?

First of all, always check the LTE coverage and make sure that it is in the area you live in. Just because you live so close to a LTE city dosnt mean you will have access to LTE all the time.

Just as I suspected, you are just right outside the LTE coverage area. I understand this is very frustrating;it would frustrate me as well.

I am sorry you live so close to New York and still can't get LTE coverage. Let me know if you ever meet the engineer who said, "no don't bother upgrading the tower a couple blocks away; we'll just stop right here."

If it makes you feel any better I live in Memphis and the closest LTE coverage is about 400 miles away!
