BAD COVERAGE (frustrati ng for military personnel)

For the longest time, my family and I have used AT&T as our service provider. Overtime, I've noticed that I barely get any signal here in Virginia as well as my family from back home in California. They always have to step outside the house in order to get good signal and have clear conversations with me or to videochat with me. As for me, I serve in the US Navy and got stationed here in Virginia. I always have to have my phone with me at all times for important calls, but it hasn't been very successful. My calls are always dropped and my text messages are always delayed. This is really frustrating knowing I can't communicate with the people I work with! Also, I'm always late with the current news and updates within my work area. I noticed that my coworkers that do have signal use Verizon as their service provider. Now, I'm really thinking about switching because I feel that my monthly payments are being wasted on nothing, if I can't even get the proper signal or service I need from this company!
