Drop in service in Estes Park, Colorado

I am vacationing in Estes Park. Coverage was decent until Monday evening, now barely usable. I can only get an EDGE connection and that doesn't work well. How do I report this to AT&T?

I would think the giant forest fire has something to do with it.

There was only a small one in town but this started long after it had done its damage. Im having the same issue though. All my friends and family on AT&T are.

I called AT&T. There is a known issue with the tower in Estes Park. They said service "severely degraded". The issue has been "assigned" and the expected resolution time is 8:30 - 9:00 pm tonight (Tuesday). Minutes after getting off the phone, my phone is now displaying 3G and my wife's phone is displaying 4G for the first time today. Data seems to be working on both our phones now. Hopefully they are getting it fixed.
