I have purchased ATT wireless, ATRIX 4G and IPHONE for myself and wife, besides having MANY of my friends in the United Nations move to ATT, now most of my friends and ourselves are in deep regret to have switched to ATT network, it is very unreliable, drops connections, noise and unstable in the entire NYC area, besides all our UN staff at 380 MADISON Ave, NY 10017 are not able to receive or make any calls with ATT inside the building, while VERIZON and SPRINT works perfectly well.
I would like an explanation of all the above problems, and if there is anything ATT is doing to correct these very well known problems, as we have logged many of this issues so we can take an action if necessary, in order to cancel subscription contract.

There may be one thing they can do to help you. There are signal boosters available through AT&T. The first thing is for them to assess the nature of your problem. I would think that your group deserves a booster at your work location, in my opinion.
PS: I am not employed by at&t. I am just a forum user.

I too cannot get any of my calls nor make calls from my office. I've MISSED impt. calls from my doctor. Not only does it not ring at my desk or have reception... it doesn't even register when a call comes in. WHAT IS UP WITH AT&T?? This is a serious matter missing calls while in this building. AT&T is the worst. CAN WE PLEASE GET THIS RESOLVED AT&T at 380 Mad. Ave. NYC 10017. What good is having a phone if I cannot receive my messages?? I am so frustrated I want to throw YOUR PHONE out the window. I hate AT&T I will not rec. to anyone. Thank you.

GSM (att and T-Mobile) have greater data speeds but lack wall penetration as well as CDMA.
thus is how it works and its not att fault for not getting service in your office
I don't even get a decent signal in my office and I work for att, nothing wrong or broken with the network, just how it works
