I signed up for Att Wireless service at Walmart. I have been having issues with all three of my lines where they will have no coverage, show coverage but no data or voice. Two of my HTC Vivid will switch between 4G and Edge and consistently lose signal. According to Att Wireless Coverage Map the address I live at is in a Best Coverage area. I have called ATT Wireless Support many times all they do is have me do is turn on and off the phone. Pull out the battery and sim card. Then they said that's all they will do and call back in 4 days if the issue still persist. I called again when it was still doing the same exact thing they told me to take it to a corporate store to have the sim card changed. I did and I am still having the same issue. Then I called again today and they escalated it to some higher department and they will call back. The ticket number they gave me is {Personal content removed for your safety}. I want this issue fixed but keep on getting run around and getting a different story everytime I call in about this issue. The Pantec Breeze two will say emergency calls only as well too.

I can totally relate to the problems you are having. AT&T's 3G and 4G network has gotten worse throughout Cincinnati in the last several months. A lot worse. Coverage is terrible in the Fairfax/Mt. Lookout/Ault Park area. Not only this, but call quality is awful, there is always interference and crackling in the line, the internet is very slow, I get dropped calls all the time, many text and voice messages won't come through, and reception is spotty at best. Linwood Road is the worst-you go from 4 bars, down to none resulting in dropped calls. Calling customer service or tech support will do no good, believe me. I have called them at least 10 times in the last year about these issues, and they continue happening day after day. They always try to blame my phone, have me take the battery out, etc. and will open a "trouble ticket." The trouble tickets have done no good. They will send me a message two days later saying the issue is fixed. No, they are never fixed. They will never own up to their network problems and they are happening nationwide. The problem is network overloading. I will be switching to Verizon as soon as my contract is up. Many of my friends have Verizon in Cincinnati and are very happy with their service.
