We just moved homes in 92130 and hoped to get better coverage than in our previous 92130 rental.
We have a family contract with 4 phones.
Three are are late model Iphones and one HTC Vivid.
We are all struggling with dropped calls and broken speech.
One bar only most of the time.
Can AT&T make minor adjustments to the nearest cell to improve the situation?
We usually get LAC=7cfb CID = 22b1da8 -109dBm 2 asu and when we can get an LTE signal we get at best
LAC=0 CID=4BDE710 with RSRP of -117 dBm and RSRQ OF -7 Db.
Usually no neignboring CID's but sometimes when there are they are way down from -112dBm to -119dBm.

It's not just for us.This whole section of 92130 numbering many households have the same problem.
If I have to pay to fix the problem I would rather put the money towards terminating our contract.

As mentioned it's not my specific home that's the problem but the whole neighborhood comprising single family homes. I was at another house down the road last night and same problem. It's pretty well known that there is a problem in the area.
I was involved in the cellular industry in another country. What would happen there is that once reported the technical division of the operator would run tests either remotely or on site to see if a minor adjustment could improve matters.
I am hoping that the AT&T folks who read these message boards will take note and see what can be done.

As a result of this the AT&T coverage in this area is poor. This is why I am reporting this here so that AT&T can investigate.
