My wireless service is out and I cannot find anywhere to report it. This is 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning. It has been out since midnight. Since I had service until sometime between 11:30 pm Saturday night and midnight, so I think something else besides Friday's windstorm must have caused it. I don't have a land line, my only other communication with the outside world is my internet service which is, thank heavens, through another provider. How the heck am I supposed to report this? This is incredibly poor service! There should be an easy way on the front page of this web site to report it. I am an old, handicapped lady living alone, and I have a cell phone instead of a landline because my doctor didn't want me hurrying to answer the phone and falling. But right now, what am I supposed to do if I need emergency help? Post on Facebook? A convoluted procedure to contact customer service in an emergency is no way for a huge, multimillion dollar company to run a business. Shame on you.
