AT&T coverage in Sandpoint has been degrading over the past year, and resulted in the past two weeks being almost call-free for me. I've been unable to place a call without at least 3 dropped or failed attempts. When I called AT&T today, I dropped the call 7 times, and was told I could purchase a MicroCell for $199, or pay over $400 in cancelation fees. I just want to make a phone call. I finally was able to speak to a manager, who I told he would need to call me back when my calls dropped. No such luch. AT&T just slapped me in the face for over 5 years of service.
