For a week now I've had spotty coverage in Central Orange County, CA. While I'll have five bars showing on my phone, I cannot connect to the internet. Phone calls work, but I cannot download emails, connect to facebook or access apps that use data. I'm on an Apple iPhone 4S with 4G showing as my network coverage. I've turned off my phone, I've rebooted it, but nothing fixes it. I'm not even halfway to my data "limit" (throttling limit, I'm on the old Unlimited plan) and the outage ranges from North Orange to at least South Santa Ana.

I've had the same problem in Rosamond, CA (southern Kern County) starting this weekend. On both my wife's and my 3GS iphones, Safari freezes up before any web page loads completely, giving the error, "Cannot Open Page... because the server stopped responding." We are also unable to retrieve our email or use app's such as Facebook using the iphones. All this is with 4 bars showing, and indicating 3G coverage. Phone calls still work. I originally thought it was just a problem with my iphone, so I ran Apple's "restore to factory settings" utility in iTunes (then recovering my original data and settings).
