I live in Newark, OH and work in Hebron, OH. 24 hours after the big storm Friday our cellular service disappeared. I drive through one area near Newark that has service. Other than that we have none.
Where can I find out how soon this will be fixed? Isn't it odd that the service would be fine during and for about 24 hours after a major storm and then go out?

No its not odd. Power could have went out and stayed out. They could have been running on back-up power until battery and/or fuel source was depleted too.

Hi,
I live in Centerburg was having pretty decent coverage ( I just got at&t service 6/25) and then after the storm on Friday have noticed that my phone is pretty useless.
We have power and thankfully didn't lose power however in Mt Vernon where I was getting 4G I'm not getting anything now and in Columbus my coverage has been very sporadic. One minute I have 4G and things are moving along and then nothing.
I am hoping it's due to the fact that some of these places still don't have power otherwise I'm going to be returning my phone since I'm in my 30 days.
