Hello,
I just want facts, I've been an AT&T customer for 7+ years with three lines and depending on you, will be adding a 4th. I want to know what AT&T's plans for the state of Wisconsin are. Real information not the same fluff about always expanding and upgrading. I need to know what areas are going to get better coverage. I'm talking voice, bars, reception; not data speed who cares if I have 3g if I can't access the network? With that, who cares what your backhaul is if I can't connect to a tower in the first place?
I don't want to leave, I believe AT&T has been great with customer service and have been awesome. I am coming to a point where I NEED the network to improve. I have friends and family who's coverage and reception is way better than mine. I also want to know why other carriers provide a much stronger signal indoors than AT&T. I can be next to a person on us cellular for example, and they can use their phone while I get the emergency calls only message.
I want real answers please. Thanks for your time.

Yeah I'm looking to either US Cell or Verizon as well, it's unfortunate. You would expect loyalty to be rewarded if by nothing else, so honest answers regarding the network that we use.

Watertown/ Lake Mills area. I have family in Tichigan, WI (dead zone), I have family in Leon, WI (dead zone).

Thanks for the info. That is all I needed to know! Why it seems like I'm pulling teeth I'll never know. AT&T just tell us, yes we know the coverage in Wisconsin is pretty crappy and non existent in many areas but we are AT&T and refuse to play second fiddle to johnny come latelys and will have several major upgrades in Wisconsin. Help us to help you, as an AT&T user, I want AT&T to be the best, working together it can happen, so long as we work together honestly. Many of us here are truly in situations that need a real resolution, not lip service, I understand that there are ppl that will complain at the drop of a hat, but you need to sort through and realize that customers of numerous years aren't just complaining for the heck of it. Show us that loyalty to AT&T has some advantages.
