there adding a new tower no more then 2 miles away from me and i was curious if you guys think i would get way better reception at home as i get 1 to 3 bars if i leave my phone down in a certain spot i do get 4 bars but doesn't stay very long however when i go about a block or so i get amazing reception i'm really comfused why this is?

If the new tower claim is true, then yes, I would expect you to get considerably better service. As for the signal fluctuation, I'm not really sure why that is. It probably has something to do with the way your phone is picking up the cellular signals.

You'll just have to wait and see for yourself!

well it's offically the first now i've noticed in the living room i get 4 bars when when i go into the bed rooms it hits from 2 and 3 bars i have a microcell but that still decreses and also people can't understand me from it i honestly still don't know what the problem is and i still get failed and dropped calls o my new iphone 4s.

update i called att today they told me there gonna look into and call me back in 24 to 72 hours to see if anything helped i already know that won't happen i just don't get why they won't fix the deadspot i am in i spend almost $200 a month on 2 phones!

Cross your fingers, I suppose. I would hope that they would be upgrading the service around you. If they do not, then keep trying until you cannot anymore.

A microcell can fix the deadspots for $200. They may give one to you for free. Some routers and phones were found not to play with a microcell, so your mileage may vary.
