data coverage?

How does your network cellular usage and data usage not comply with your promises? I lose signal in random places, I get overcharged for data! I have an Iphone 4 and live right here in San Jose. No, its not my phone, it works just fine. It's your network. Where is the signal coverage that you promise? You are the best right? Then why do you cap your data at the expense of your customers while other networks like Sprint easily provides unlimited. Why can't you support the iphone 4 and 4s and 3 with the data you promised before? is that your netowkr has become incompetant or that you wish to rob your customers? Stop charging us extra for a service you previously promised and start being consistent and give customers the supoprt and service WE PAY FOR!
