Ok so I'm visiting my girlfriend in Atlanta, and her apartment, located at the Gables Way @ Briacliff RD NE is an absolutely dead zone for ATT..
None of us, three iphone users can get a steady 1-BAR signal for over 5 minutes without dropping to nothing. If we are inside the room (not near window or in the balcony), the phone will soon die out of battery because it keeps searching for signal and dropping signal again. I called her often before i came here and I can NEVER hear her voice clearly unless she walks to the winodow area.
I've heard bad things about ATT service but this one is ridicolus. The worst thing is that (though this area is a relatively safe neighborhood) the two girls who live here won't be able to make an EMERGENCY CALL if a break in happens.
I think as customers we should be able to request either a free microcell thing that enhances the signal or waiving the termination fee for them to transfer to another service profider. But I would like to hear if anyone has gone through this before. so please give me sone tips and advice. I appreciate it.
Thanks.
