Recently received Uverse Internet Max.
When I go to watch a TV show or movie nothing is in sinc voice and lips plus it skips its motion of picture trying to catch up.
I have since talked into getting Connect Tech for the $15.00 per month.
I have called three times,receiving 3 different personnel and nothing they have done has fix the problem.
They referred me to Mortorola to check modem ,they stated was working within the proper parameters and to call back to AT&T. I do not have 2-3 hrs to sit at my computer while they are trying this and trying that. Feel like they are looking at a list .
How can I alleviate this and have to pay this fee when it is money in one hand out the other and having no luck with my situation?

I understand that it is frustrating when the issue cannot be resolved right away. Have the Uverse technicians run tests on your line to see if the connection is stable?
