i need assistance with router settings

i need tech support level 2. i have intermittant loss of connection some days its several times a game session while playing online playstation multi player games. i am subscribed to the 24MB/2.5MB speed uverse 300 package. Today (Also not the only time) my cable tv went from HD to something that Was Not HD (high definition).  at the same time i tested the internet speed and it was as slow as 1.5MB download 2.5 upload for about 15 minuts. then gradually restored back to a usable speed. and the cycle repeated over a few times today.  i tried contacing att support via iphone application and got an agent that tried to help and admitted to not being qualified to change my router settings. i need some help. and they recomended i contactsome help here.

Download and install the Uverse Realtime application here: http://uvrealtime.com/download.aspx 

Copy and paste two sets of screenshots of the "IP Profile" tab, "Bitloading" tab, and "HPNA/Coax" tab for a good and bad comparison.

Post the screenshots here and someone will probably be able to pinpoint your problem if it's a line issue.

it wont allow me to cut paste

tried copy paste and cut past this is how do i do this. selections to cut copy paste are greyed out. this web site wont permit me to do this

Sorry, for the confusion, I used the wrong terminology. There is a button you click in the Realtime interface: "Save Screenshot"

Do you have access to online storage like flikr or photobucket? Upload the screenshots there, then use the "Insert/Edit Image" button (looks like a tree) on the forum reply page, click on the "From Another Site" tab and insert the URL to your screenshots.

You can also upload them to your gallery here on the forum, but it will take some time before they are "approved" and you can use them. Your gallery can be found here: http://forums.att.com/t5/media/gallerypage/user-id/2467167
