I realized after i had put in a pre-order for my Samsung SIII that the invoice said 335.99(including upgrade fee) and I added a new data plan, so I dont understanf why the discount didnt show up.
I tried contacting customer service and explained my problem and the agent said something and I could understand her because of her accent. after she said "Sorry" and explained something the line went dead like she hung up on me. I am already tried of getting any run around from customer service :/
Anyone have and suggestions or know how I can get my $100 discount? Or Does the invoice with the hundred dollar discount come later?
