I'm trying to upgrade my phone - eligibility is OK and I selected the refurb iPhone4s 16G for $149. That's the only thing I want to do - I want to keep my current voice/data plan as always. But I can't check out. It keeps telling me to choose a voice/data plan, but doesn't have the option to keep my current plan. What do I need to do? The refurb is only available online. Am I missing something? Thanks.

I have an iPhone 3G with a voice "Home" plan of 250 minutes and a 200 MB data plan. I know the plans aren't offered to new customers, but I should be able to retain them, from what I've read in the terms online.

Reach out to Jam the community Manager here first and make sure she is aware of the situation and can guide you through keeping your plans. You may need them restored after the order is placed to keep them.

Thanks. I ended up just going to Radio Shack for its $50 off sale. They were able to do the contract with everything the same.
