Data amount incorrect.

Hi guys. I'm hoping someone can help me.

I'm having a problem with my data balance. I went to check the weather on my phone this morning and received a message along the lines of, "This account does not have sufficient funds...," however I just bought 1 gig of data three days ago (and paid my rate plan a few days before that.). I haven't had any problems until today. Any suggestions? I would call but it's 3:45am here.

I'd appreciate any help, thanks!

The message may not be for the weather service. It sounds as if you had subscribed to a service that attempted to charge a fee against your main account that happened to have insufficient funds.

Thanks, but I got it sorted! And I was checking the weather on a web page (weather.com) which hopefully hasn't been trying to charge me this entire time.
