No, you have to call CS (either 611 from your cell or you can call the 1-800-331-0500, you'll be transfered to the Prepaid system once you enter your number). From there you'll have to wade through the automated system, but eventually you'll be able to get to the change of plan option. Or you can just keep saying “customer service” and you'll be connected to a live agent... eventually.
