GoPhone sim card first login - outside the us

Hi,

I am traveling to the us next week and i want to use my phone with at&t GoPhone sim card.

I bought 2 sim cards and i activated them through the at&t site.

The problem is that i can't do the first login because the pin number is texted to me and i don't have the line connected yet (I am still outside the us until next week).

I really like to get it done with before i travel to the us (adding a data&minutes package to the sim cards).

Can you send the pin by mail? i couldn't reach the customer service human support by the phone.

Sorry that happened. You can dial 611 from your GoPhone when you come to the US next week. This number connects you to a refill menu - either voice or touch screen, depending on the phone. The voice prompt or touch menu will ask you for your 10 digit mobile number and your refill card PIN number. That should do it.

can't i get a pin code via email? i already entered my email address when activating the sim.

Isn't there any way by doing it from abroad?

Customer care number is 1-800-901-9878. That number may not work if you are dialing from a non-US phone. You can use Skype to dial that number.
