Hi, I got a prepaid smart phone and a $25 refill card. And I activiated the calling plan 10c/minutes plan. After a month, I was told out of money since my calling plan is $25 monthly. What's wrong? Now, the costumer service center ask me to add money to my account. But, I really hope that I can change my rate plan before I can add money to my account becasue
I just worry about the rate plan is unchanged.
