How to unlock SIM card

I try to activate prepaid plan.but after i input ICCID on webpage , I input wrong IMEI and still got a wireless number.Now i cant recive password via SMS,so i cant unlock my SIM card with that wrong IMEI.

I trapped in a loop:i cant recive password--->i cant log in--->i cant unblock SIM card---->i cant activate a new prepaid account with that SIM card

What can i do now?

i called the customer service,but he said i need to visit an att store,otherwise there is no any other way to recive the password.The password only send to my wireless number,but because i input wrong IMEI number,i cant recive that.
