Need Internet settings for generic Unlocked quad band GSM phone (model c 219)

I moved the GoPhone sim card from my RAZR v3 to a new unlocked generic (c219) phone,  I can send and receive calls but I can't access the internet and multimedia files do not come through in text messages.  The phone tries to go out to the internet but it doesn't have the right settings for an ATT GoPhone. The settings I need for the new phone are: usename : ,password, asccess point, gatewayIP, gateway port, DNS address, homepage, Network type (WAP or HTTP). I called the ATT help number but they don't deal with GoPhone and they send me to an automated system.  I stopped in a local store but they no longer have tech support people, only salesmen. If I could look at the settings on my old V3 it would help but it is locked and won't display them and I don't have an unlock code.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the internet to work?  Itworked fine on the old v3 (and still does)  Thanks for your help..

I have the EXACT same phone and problem.     I just got my new c219 in the mail today.   I need to know how to connect to the internet with my Unlocked c219 cell phone that seems to be pre-configured to China Mobile based on the phone network settings that I googled.  

I have never configured a cell phone for internet before and I am trying but failing miserably.  I have an AT&T GoPhone SIM card and can get basic internet on my old LG phone that came with the SIM card but I would like for it to work in my new c219 cell phone.  I don't want to pay a cell phone repair store to do this for me since I could probably do it myself if I had the instructions.  I can't seem to get any settings out of my old phone..  If you determine exactly how to configure this c219 for the internet, I'd really appreciate your posting a reply here.

For some reason I can not get an internet connection on my X10 Advanced - 4 Inch Touchscreen Smart Phone

 It has the internet browser but when i connect it say connection fail. I have a go phone sim card for att and have minutes for the internet anyone know what I can do?
