I just signed up and refilled my phone for the first time and already the website is saying that my plan expires on:
07/27/2012
That's 28 days. Isn't a month supposed to last 30 days?

No it isn't.
7/29 is day 30.
7 days from 6/29 is July 6
14 days is 13 July
21 days is 20 July
28 days is 27 July
30 days is 29 July.
Even going here, plugging in June 29th as the start date and add 30 days, you still get July 29th.

Yes, i know that. Counting today, 30 days from today is the 28th.
I don't know how the website gets the 27th to be 30 days or how you calculate the 29th to be 30 days.
30 days, including today, is the 28th. I'm pretty sure I can count.
I refilled 2 hours ago.
Yet the website says the 27th.
I really don't need an argument of who can count and who can't. That's counterproductive.
The issue here is that AT&T clearly can't calculate days worth a crap.
Clearly their definition of a month is 4 weeks, not 30 days.
I was under the impression it was 30 days. Obviously I'm mistaken.

The day you refill is counted as day 1, even if there's 1 hour left before midnight. AT&T counts inclusively. The day you refill and the last day are included in the count.
28th = 1
29th = 2
. . .
7/27 = 30
Expires on day 30 @ midnight Central Time.

How many times do i have to say it?
I did not refill on the 28th.
Why do you think I've been counting from 29?
I told you I refilled today (12:15am EDT and today is not the 28th) which is why I've said over and over that AT&T's count must be wrong.
I told you, there's nothing wrong with my counting yet you insist I'm wrong. I'm not wrong.
29 June plus 30 days is NOT 27 July!
I'm not stupid. I know how to count.
Go to a calendar and count the days, starting from today. 30 days is 4 weeks + 2 days. Go on, I'll wait.
29 July - Day 1
5 July - Day 7
12 July - Day 14
19 July - Day 21
26 July - Day 28
28 July - Day 30
Why are people so difficult on this forum? You're supposed to help. Not constantly insist I'm wrong.
I'm not wrong. You have a problem accepting that you're wrong.
I can only see if their count is right, if their servers are located in the west.
Why is it so hard to get my point across?
With all due respect, I'd like to hear from AT&T staff please. I know they monitor this forum.

Here's the detail that you missed: 12:15am EDT on July 29 is actually July 28 based on Central Time. AT&T uses Central Time for calculation.
So you actually refilled on July 28.
