If you just want the SIM card, you need to get one from an AT&T store or ebay. Walgreens only has prepaid phone packages but given how cheap those can be with promotions (sometimes as low as $10), you can just buy a prepaid phone package and just use the SIM card from it.
2. Can I apply Data Service Package on Prepaid Simcard?
Beginning April 18, only if you sign-up for a prepaid monthly pan ($25 minimum, 250 minutes voice, unlimited text). Data packages are currently $5/10MB, $15/100MB & $25/500MB. Realistically speaking, you'd probably opt for the 500MB package so that brings it to $25 call/text + $25 data. You would need to fiddle with APN settings to get the internet working, though.
3. Do you know what kind of documents do I need to bring when I purchase simcard?
One of those rectangular green sheets of paper with a picture of US presidents in front (or Franklin or Hamilton).
J/k. From my experience, you don't really need to bring anything if you want to get a new prepaid SIM. Well, not kidding about the money. You do need that. Some stores charge $20-25 for the SIM card but they often waive it if you buy something else from the store (e.g. prepaid credit).
4. Will my Data Speed be 3G?
