Question about the prepaid plans??

I was looking at the prepaid and have been looking at the $50.00 one with unlimited talk text and data............my question is why does it say the data is unlimited when you still have to buy a data plan? I'm really confused. Would it mean $50.00 for the pan plus $25.00 for data? That's $75.00.............there are way cheaper plans out there with unlimited data.

You get unlimited data if you have a basic phone or a quick messaging phone as the small print says http://www.att.com/shop/wireless/plans/prepaidplans.html
