Unable to complete setup Form gophone

When I try to register my GoPhone SIM-Card online, my Name and Phonenumber appears in the form, I can write my address, but I am not able to chose my Staate from the pulldown menue. submitting data produces an error-message saying: chose Your Staate! Somebody here who can help me? It is not a browser problem because I tried it from different computers.

The problem has been around for at least 6 months but no one seems to know the underlying cause with 100% certainty. It affects only a small number of people as far as I can tell from forum postings. Some suggested clearing caches, cookies and temporary Internet files using applications like file cleanup that comes with Norton, McAfee, etc. Yet another suggestion said to use the Spanish language setting of the browser as a work around. Has anyone read about other diagnosis?
