Why is it taking so long to receive text messages on my gophone (Pantech Link - P7040P)

Hi there,

I just bought the above phone, but have had a Gophone account for a long time. I have never had a problem receiving text messages before, but now it is taking 8 hours or longer to receive them. Any help/advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

SMS messaging uses a best effort delivery scheme. It looks like your texts require extraordinary effort for delivery. Did you move to a new place recently?

So small that the texts can go through the eye of a needle? Ha ha ha just kidding. Seriously, best effort delivery implies no guarantee that SMS will get to the recipient.
