premium content purchases

Hi,

I tried using my prepaid phone to purchase some content online but I get a error message saying:

Error (40000392) : Prepaid account (Code : 42010a)

Prepaid account Blocked by AT&T provider. This phone number is not authorized for premium content purchases at this time.

How can I remove this?

If someone had ordered a purchase blocker, that would be the reason. You will need to unblock it. Call the GoPhone Support number below.

Actually, if someone ordered the purchase blocker, you may have to ask that person to undo it by calling customer support. You may not be able to get it unblocked by yourself calling customer support.
