I have this error on my phone screen and can't dial out. I still have minutes on my account. Why can't I call?

You can try power off then power on.

With some prepaid rate plans you have to have a certain minimum balance to even use your phone,it could be that or other issues.if it isnt resolved call 611 and get the cutomer service number.I have found that the agents on the after hours number are very helpful and nice.I hope this helps your issue.![]()
