I live in St. Louis. My RG displays these broadband stats. Do you think I qualify for 3HD service? How can I most effectively beg for it? Thanks --

Call and ask, all they can say is yes or no.
Please NO SD stretch-o-vision or 480 SD HD Channels

looks like you have the 32/5 profile... which should be sufficient for the 1SD/3HD profile... but sometimes, it depends on if your local Video Hub Office is provisioned with that service... like the previous comment, call tier 1 support at 1-866-912-8216 and ask...good luck!

My DVR cr@pped out on me and it was swapped out today. The tech checked my system and told me that I should be getting 3/1. I called tech support and they agreed and he had to go into my account and upgrade me. It should show up within 24hrs, if not I was told to reboot my DVR. I will let you know tomorrow if I have 3/1.
