Our Uverse went out for some reason last Saturday, and so we had a tech out on Sunday, he changed a few thinks and then said we had to have line guy come out, so line guy comes out on Monday, he leaves and then an hour later it goes out again, so we call again and then another tech comes on on Tuesday, he said it was a line issue so he called another tech to come out. On Wedensday another tech came out and he could not fix it so we had an inside tech come out on Thrusday it worked fine until this morning, we blew a breaker and the coaxail in the back of my box was melted and it sparked and made smoke when I went to unplug the line, so we have our 6th! tech coming tomorrow. Beyond frustrataing, it seems like the techs are just passing the buck and moving one. When I called today, I said we need a tech who can do it all and fix this correctly. Right now I am on the verge of just cancelling this, my cox service was not perfect, but they knew how to fix my issues. On top of all of the the tech that installed my line put the line that goes into my house as high as my window sill??!! I was just going to deal with it, but not now. We just moved to uverse in May
Sorry for the rant, however has anyone else had these kind of issues and did they ever get resolved? Or were you able to contact someone who could make things happen? I am loosing faith in the process

I agree with TG, send Alex a PM he will get you to the right person/dept. to get that issue resolved. Give him all of your info.
