I can't seem to schedule any DVR recording from the Web. This is the error message screen I got:
I tried to reset the STB by holding the power button down for a few seconds and the reset went through without any issues, but this problem still persisted. What can I do to solve this problem or is this even my problem?
I am from San Diego, CA. Thanks.

Did you see if it would work from home after you got home? Haven't seen that report before.
