I was installed last week on the U300 package. The technican only had the Cisco IPN430 (39 HD Hours) HD DVR; but I was told during the installation that I would get a high capacity HD DVR. When I have spoken to AT&T Technical Support and a person assisting through Alex here, I am being told that the Cisco ISB7500 is no longer available in my area (Atlanta GA) as it has been pulled due to software glitches and there is nothing they can do.
Coming from DirecTV (120 hours HD on one DVR and we had two), having just one HD DVR with 39 hours seems ancient, any thoughts on if the Cisco ISB7500 does have software glitches still and is no longer available?
