Kbeam090185 - As a strategy towards resolution I will suggest that there are two cases - Random shows and specific series.
If your problem is random, I believe it is time to replace the DVR. Can you say your history - being very specific - to argue for a new DVR? If you cannot get one through normal channels send a PM to alex the att community mgr.
If it is a specific series - I have experienced that last year & also saw posts experiencing it. There is nothing you can do except check your scheduled shows each day to set up a missing episode.
PM alex with the show that is not working & he will get it to the right people.
