Having trouble with wireless receivers

Both Of my wireless receivers have been resetting alot lately my main Receiver with the DVR is just fine and so is the one wired through COAX I have reset the receivers, Access point, RG, DVR, but it still will freeze/reset/blank screen.

Did you do a hard reset of all those devices? If not starting with the RG diconnect the AC cable for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. After it reboots do the same with the wireless stbs. If that doesn't resolve your issue call TS using the phone number in my sig and let them know what is happening. Ask the CSR to run a test on your service also.

Call and threaten to cancel. Once i did that they sent me to Last Chance tech support and most of my problems stopped. They rolled out a upgrade to the software that solved alot of problems. The only issue i have is one of my boxes keeps resetting. I think i got another bad box.
