Intermitte nt Signal loss

Hello. Over the last several months we've had intermittent signal loss which has recently ratchetted up to nearly unbearable. Every fifteen minutes to half hour or so we'd lose the signal and it would drop out and then pop back on. It's made watching TV and internet use difficult and gaming nearly impossible. We had a tech come out (very nice) ran some tests and thought it was a line issue. She said she'd have someone to test the lines. No one showed up. So I used voice chat last night and they seem think the same thing and will be sending another tech. I'm afraid that will lead no where as well. Here's the images I have from the real time program. Anythoughts?

Can you double the size of those images? A lot of old eyes here.

Way too many errors occuring, call TS on the #in my sig. Hopefully they'll see them all, run a test on your line and send a prem tech to solve it. Good luck ![]()

The tech came by and checked the line and say he found "three thing wrong" and since then everything's been fine. Thanks for the input.
