Many times through out the day my tv signal goes in and out with static and blue screen. It doesn't last long, only seconds, but is very annoying. It sometimes happens many times in one show and then not again for an hour or so. It also does not seem to matter if I'm watching live, record or on demand. Has anyone else experienced a situation like this or know the cuase?

Can you download and install SomeJoe's tool at the link below?
http://www.uverserealtime.com/
Once you install the tool, please post screenshots of the following tabs: IP/Profile, Error Table, Bitloading, & Coax/HPNA.
We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears that you might be an issue with your system.

I did the tests, but can't figure out how to post the screenshots. What am I missing?

To insert images into a message on the forum, use the icon that looks like a tree.

Thanks for post those screenshots!
The screenshots don't appear to show any apparent issues with your system. Are you having the issue on both of your TV's or just one?

Interesting. The Coax/HPNA tab shows 2 TV's on your system.

what could cause that? The tech used an existing coax from my old cable provider. He re-worked the coax from my computer to the tv in the living room. I assume he did this in the old cable junction box.

My old Internet priver was Comcast. I had a cable modem. the tech used that cable to go from the new gateway to the tv.

Your screenshots do not show any apparent issues with your system. I would suggest that you call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature. They will run tests on your system to see if they detect any issues.
