Resetting DVR didn't fix. Resetting RG later didn't fix.

No issues here with audio on the channels that you listed. Is this on all channels or just some channels?

Is the Digital audio output (MENU > Options > Audio/Language Options > Digital audio output) on the U-verse receiver set to Stereo or Surround sound?

Make sure system sounds are not on.

If you are using the TV speakers as opposed to an audio receiver, change the setting to Stereo.
